Canadian Whisky writer and author Davin de Kergommeaux a certified Malt Maniac and trained sommelier who has been analyzing, writing, and talking about whisky, as an independent commentator, for more than a dozen years will host the tasting. Whisky aficionados may have read Davin's commentaries and tasting notes in... Scotch Whisky Review, Whisky Magazine, Whisky Advocate Magazine, various lifestyle magazines, or many places on the web including MaltManiacs.org. In the fall of 2011, he was appointed Canadian Contributing Editor to Whisky Magazine. Davin will host a Vertical Nosing and Tasting of Dallas Dhu whiskies. Dallas Dhu distillery closed it's doors in 1983 and today is a museum. Bottlings of Dallas Dhu are extremely difficult to find anywhere. Tickets will go on sale Oct.13th at the Lunar Rogue only.This event will sell out quickly.
